Operational Agreements.

To bind a domain, deploy code staging scripts, or authorize GA4/Google Search Console synchronization, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess full legal authority to act on behalf of the registered domain owner. You agree that all registration logs are accurate and that your use of the Services does not violate any local domain registry laws.

Access to our autonomous rollback gates and Vector database models requires a registered workspace. You are solely responsible for securing all generated API keys, OAuth tokens, and staging secrets. Any deployments, rollbacks, or audits triggered under your workspace keys will be deemed authorized actions performed by you.

Subscriptions are processed on a recurring basis. All payments are executed through secured PCI-DSS compliant gateways. Usage-based overages (such as exceeding 250 parallel page renders per second or custom LLM queries) are calculated dynamically at the close of each billing cycle. Failure to settle outstanding invoices will trigger temporary automated fallback to read-only status.

All intellectual property, proprietary rendering algorithms, custom AI visibility scoring pipelines, and structural patch agents are owned by FixRank, Inc. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to embed our optimization scripts on your registered websites and fetch analytics data via standard REST API endpoints.

You agree not to exploit the Crawl Engine to execute stress-testing attacks against external hosts, scrape unauthorized data pools, bypass robots.txt limits, or attempt to decipher any encrypted communication tunnels. Staging changes that intentionally inject malicious metadata or attempt to spoof Googlebot identity are strictly prohibited.

You retain full ownership of the original text, layout designs, and metadata schemas on your sites. To enable FixRank to suggest repairs and crawl dynamic structures, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to parse, index, format, and stage structural modifications solely to validate your SEO health.

Our services interface with critical external layers, including Google Search Console, GitHub, GA4, Cloudflare, WordPress, and Shopify. We do not control their underlying API performance, rate limits, or availability. You are solely responsible for ensuring your API connections comply with third-party service agreements.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS. FIXRANK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PAGE INDEXATION WILL BE 100% UNINTERRUPTED, THAT SEARCH ENGINES WILL ADOPT PROPOSED META STRATEGIES, OR THAT SEARCH RANKS WILL LIFT IN EVERY LOCAL SCENARIO.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIXRANK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF REVENUES, ORGANIC TRAFFIC LOSSES, CRAWL RATE LIMIT PENALTIES, OR DEPLOYMENT CORRUPTIONS. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FixRank, its directors, and engineers from any liabilities, claims, or losses arising from your deploy of unvalidated code snippets, copyright infringement within your submitted metadata, or breach of local search marketing privacy laws.

We reserve the right to suspend API gateway access or freeze crawl orchestration pipelines at our discretion for workspaces violating security rules or carrying toxic code injections. Upon termination, all active staging sandboxes are purged from our Edge nodes, and generated keys are revoked.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any operational dispute or claim shall be submitted to confidential, binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, rather than litigated in courts.

FixRank reserves the right to modify these operational boundaries at any time. When material adjustments occur, we will post the revised terms here and update the cryptographic signing hashes. Continued usage of our crawling gateways constitute approval of the upgraded terms.
