Understanding Your Report
How the executive report is structured and how to read it.
Updated August 2026
Overview
The report is the output of the full analysis. It opens with an executive summary, then presents findings grouped by area, each with a priority and a recommended action.
Report structure
- Executive summary — the shape of the site's current state.
- Findings — individual issues, opportunities, and signals.
- Priorities — the relative importance assigned to each finding.
- Area sections — technical, content, semantic, internal linking, Google, and AI visibility.
How to read it
Start with the executive summary, then work down the priority order. Findings are written to be actionable on their own, so you can hand individual items to whoever will implement them.
